Jury Magnolias

FELIX magnolia: One of the most stunning magnolias ever seen. Huge in size, almost the size of an adult head. Not as quick to bloom as Black Tulip, but worth the wait when it does flower

Jury Magnolias

BLACK TULIP magnolia: Tall, elegant with splashes of deep dark purple/red blooms highlight the stark branches

Introduction

These are some of the most spectacular of the new Magnolias bred in the world today.

Size, shape and colour make these distinctly different. Bred by Mark Jury in New Zealand, they are renowned as the best of the new RED breeding in the world. As an example FELIX has massive size blooms the size of an adult's head in soft rich pink and BLACK TULIP has small tulip shaped blooms of rich deep burgundy black.

Cold hardy, hardy in USDA Zone 5.

I bought the plant 'Bonfire' and am thrilled with it's wonderful display - it's still flowering after months in the garden. I want to bring the plant indoors for the winter, and would love to know how to keep it for another wonderful year of growth and flowering. This is the best new plant I have ever owned and would hate to lose it after such a wonderful show, and the pleasure it has given. D - Lancashire, UK
